| Position Description: | Adoption STAR is celebrating its twenty fifth year helping children find their “forever families.” On Saturday, May 17, 2025, Adoption STAR will be holding a gala celebration at Hotel @ Lafayette in Buffalo, NY. The event is designed to celebrate the agency, honor adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive parents, and to recognize other important individuals who have made the agency’s first twenty five years a success. We are seeking individuals who are personable, friendly, and passionate about our cause! Volunteer opportunities include: *Fundraising (on going) *Basket Raffle (on going) *Silent Auction (on going) *Welcome Committee (day of event) *Event Set up (day of event) *Event Check in (day of event) Volunteer benefits: *Dinner, parking and everything that comes with attending the event! *A chance to be part of a dynamic team |
