New spring 2017 certificate program!
Is your program and practice achieving valued outcomes? As a result of the increasing shift to prove the value of your program to funders and clients alike, it is important to have an internal quality improvement (QI) process for assessing and improving upon valued outcomes. This certificate program provides a framework for understanding QI; tools needed to create and implement a QI plan; and skills to assess results and make determinations as to how to improve upon program processes and outcomes.

"One of the most rewarding collaborations we experienced is with Community Connections of New York. We are most grateful for all the assistance given to us in the development of our evaluation database system. We are finally able to see whether or not we are making a difference in our drug/alcohol prevention education efforts."
