Measuring the Stability of a Community-Based Organization's Culture and Climate in Relation to Implementation of New Technology


The overall purpose of this pilot is to study the stability of an agency's culture and climate over a  one year period just prior to implementing new evidence-based practices and research technologies using Glisson's Organizational Social Context Measurement as a repeated measure.
