The research team at the Institute on Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care provides agency/organizational assessments of trauma-informed care culture, climate, procedures and policies through online surveys of staff. Baseline, midpoint and post-evaluations help inform training, consultation and next steps.
Who: Agencies/organizations that wish to identify strengths and areas for improvement with regard to trauma-informed care.
What: The ITTIC research team will send out an online survey link to all staff that ask questions about the agency's culture, climate, policies and procedures through a trauma-informed lens. The data is cleaned, analyzed and reported back to the agency with suggestions based on strengths and areas of improvement. Baseline, midpoint and/or post-evaluations are available based on the agency's needs.
Where: Survey links are sent via e-mail. ITTIC researchers will come to you in order to deliver presentations on the data.
When: ITTIC researchers will work with you to plan dates and times.
