| Job Description: | The ROC is a growing organization for the rural population. The ROC’s model of care is distinguished to help individuals and families work toward self-sufficiency. This position will require helping Participants set goals, managing their movement toward those goals and mental health counseling, when needed. This person will carry a caseload of 50 or less, within the counseling department to offer counseling to adults and children, as assigned. The ROC offers play therapy, general and mental health counseling. |
| Required Qualifications: | An LMSW or LMHC are the minimum educational requirements for this position. Good communication, and computer skills with the ability to work as a team player are required. Supervision by LCSW-R offered towards advancement in social work licensing provides potential for growth. A driver’s license is required. Before being hired, the candidate will be asked to submit and pass, a background check through in compliance with New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). Candidate Qualifications: An LMSW or LMHC are the minimum educational requirements for this position. |
| Rate of Pay: | $48,000- $55,000 |
