Job Description: Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director and Advocate Department Management Team in the oversight of the Advocate Department operations and staff. This position provides leadership and direct supervision for staff on the Case Management Team and is responsible for the Department’s new staff training and onboarding.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, public health, mental health counseling, or related degree, with correlating licensure where available. A minimum of two (2) years of recent full-time professional experience in sexual/domestic violence response/prevention and/or providing direct client services. Experience in supporting staff training and development. Experience with supervision and/or coordination of interns or volunteer programs. Capacity to work across disciplines and with a wide variety of stakeholders. Superior knowledge of HIPAA laws/regulations about protected health information; code of ethics, confidentiality and privacy principles. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships with team members, clients, and staff. Demonstrated judgment, empathy, and ethical values and abilities that align with Crisis Services’ goals and values. A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record with access to a reliable vehicle.
Rate of Pay: 61,000 annually
