| Job Description: | Crisis Services is currently seeking a Program Director to oversee a dynamic and multidimensional 24-hour sexual assault and domestic violence services department comprised of staff and volunteers. The Director is responsible for departmental operations to ensure continuity of exceptional victim services to survivors of domestic violence, family violence, sexual violence and/or elder abuse. The Director serves as a member of the Organization’s Leadership Team helping to provide guidance and input on agency operations and administrative duties. This position plays a critical role in supporting our mission to provide crisis support to anyone in need. |
| Required Qualifications: | Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, psychiatric/community nursing, public health or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background. Business or management degree with human services/nonprofit specialty would also be considered. Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience, including two years of relevant direct service experience preferably in social work; public health and/or sexual violence prevention work. At least two years of supervisory experience including demonstrated ability and experience working with diverse populations. Successful track record navigating complex budgetary processes. Demonstrated understanding of grant management, including grant writing, budget, data management reporting and grant compliance. Knowledge of sexual violence dynamics and effects, public awareness, prevention education and crisis intervention services. |
| Rate of Pay: | 70,000.00 annually |
