The Manager, Behavioral and Mental Health will work on the Global Well-being and Benefits team in Colleague Total Rewards and Well-being (CTRW). As a key team member, this person is a contributor in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our mental health programming in US and International markets. They will possess the clinical acumen to understand and manage mental health urgent situations as they arise under the direction of the V.P. of Behavioral and Mental Health. The successful candidate will possess thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and a track record of success leading a strategic programing and integration. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving mental health outcomes and possess the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications: PhD, PsyD, or Master's degree in mental health. Licensed in NYS. 3 to 5 years’ experience in program development and management in a well-being environment. Demonstrated experience in clinical setting and ability to consult and respond to urgent mental health situations. Background in a mental health environment essential. Ability to consult and respond to mental health urgent situations. Experience in a corporate environment with demonstrated competency in all core technology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and written skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to adapt to organizational culture, be comfortable working with employees and leaders at all levels. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Robust analytical skills with the ability to use data to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrated skills in analyzing and synthesizing data and presenting data in a simple, business-focused presentation format. Superior time management & organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task and handle time-sensitive deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment. Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations. High degree of adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and work with minimal direction.
Preferred Qualifications: International mental health and regulatory awareness and experience.
Rate of Pay: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
