| Job Description: | The LiveWell Case Manager acts as a liaison between patients and their families, the Intensive Outpatient Program (“IOP”) treatment team for eating disorders, and insurance companies to ensure the patient receives comprehensive care. This is both an administrative and clinical position in the eating disorder field. Hours vary through Monday - Thursday and on Saturdays. |
| Required Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field. Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling or a related field Working towards obtaining NYS License |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Experience with eating disorders is encouraged, but not required. |
| Rate of Pay: | Starting pay at $28.00 / Hour |
