| Job Description: | Case Manager- This position is responsible for providing support to children, parents and guardians, as well as volunteers, in our Community-Based Mentoring program. Responsibilities include enrolling children, conducting training for families and volunteers, creating mentoring relationships and supporting them through personal interactions and home visits. The position offers an opportunity to work with children, families, volunteers and partners in the community. If you are interested in learning more, we encourage you to apply.
