| Job Description: | Position Title: Supervisor - Children & Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) Department within Gateway Longview: Community Support Services As a Supervisor with Gateway Longview, you will use your experience in social work and human services to ensure staff are providing high quality, family driven, and youth guided care. You will collaborate with the Director in oversight and ongoing development of staff based on the mission and principles of the agency. Communication, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity will be your keys to success. As a Supervisor, you should expect to: Provide supervision to 10 clinical staff in coordination with Director Coordinate referrals and services for providers and maintain cooperative relationships with referring agencies Work collaboratively with the child and family system of care, including Foster Care, Preventive Services, Health Homes, school districts, and primary care physicians Support the recruitment, hiring, and training of all CFTSS workers Develop, teach, model and evaluate techniques and interventions that align with our Solution-Focused and Trauma-Informed Approach to Care Be available to provide 24/7 support to program staff An ideal Supervisor will... | Required Qualifications: | Have LCSW or LCSW-R with Masters in Human Services related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience providing therapy to children and adolescents Be fluent with the concepts of family-drive, youth-guided care Be flexible with your schedule – ability to work evenings, weekends, and provide OnCall support Have an unwavering ability to demonstrate Gateway Longview’s mission and core values effectively with clients, families, other staff and community contacts from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds |
| Rate of Pay: | Salary begins at $39,000. Offers over the base are dependent on experience |
