| Job Description: | Position Title: Behavior Support Specialist Starting Base Salary: Bachelor's - $16.41/hour - PT opportunities only Masters - $18.21/hour **Offers above the base are dependent on relevant experience Department within Gateway Longview: Children & Family Treatment and Support Services As a Behavior Support Specialist with Gateway Longview, you will use your experience in casework and supportive services to provide clients and families with goal-directed services intended to achieve identified goals. Communication and collaboration will be your keys to success. | Required Qualifications: | The Fine Print: If you are applying, you MUST… •Have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience or Master’s Degree with 1 year experience providing supportive services to children and their families •Be able to manage and communicate with a diverse caseload of clients and have the ability to be an enthusiastic team player •Have flexibility to work evenings and weekends and provide crisis support as needed •Have an unwavering ability to demonstrate Gateway Longview’s mission and core values effectively with clients, families, other staff and community contacts from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds |
