| Job Description: | Provide direct life, academic, and job coaching services to high school and post-secondary students ages 14-29. Life skills support includes household management, financial literacy, and health and wellness. Academic coaching includes academic advocacy, time management, organizational skills, and subject-specific tutoring as needed based on area of expertise. Job coaching includes assisting the Transition Coordinator in placing the student in an employment, internship, or volunteer position, taking the student to visit different job sites, and on-site job coaching. Coaches are responsible for coordinating tutoring and peer mentoring services for their students. The position involves traveling to students' schools, places of residence, or places in the community. Cost of travel is compensated. | Required Qualifications: | Minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field and 2 years experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Master's degree in social work, rehabilitation counseling, education, or related field. |
