| Job Description: | The Youth Arts Social Worker is responsible for an annual caseload of approximately 100 high school youth in BCAT’s Youth Arts Program. Support for youth includes developing and maintaining positive personal agency and supporting youths’ social and emotional needs. This full-time position reports to the Youth Arts Program Director and will receive clinical supervision from an off-site LMSW. The Social Worker position normally requires being on-site between 10:30am-6:30pm Monday and Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends. |
| Required Qualifications: | Master’s degree in social work; LMSW preferred Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or adolescents Ability to form strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Excellent organizational, verbal, and written community skills Flexible, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in teams, and highly motivated to succeed Ability to pass a background check |
