| Required Qualifications: | Non-negotiable – if you are applying you MUST: - Have a Master’s Degree with 1 year experience providing supportive services to children and their families - Be able to manage and communicate with a diverse caseload of clients and have the ability to be an enthusiastic team player - Have flexibility to work evenings and weekends and provide crisis support as needed - Have an unwavering ability to demonstrate Gateway Longview’s mission and core values effectively with clients, families, other staff and community contacts from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds |
