| Job Description: | You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, administration, and management of the residential units, including developing and implementing a comprehensive therapeutic program to ensure youth needs are met. Responsibilities include: *Day-to-day supervision of staff *Reinforce acceptable behavior *Monitor program budget *Implement daily programs and routines *Maintain supportive & therapeutic environment *Manage transportation services *Coordinate and conduct searches for out of program youth |
| Required Qualifications: | *Bilingual (English/Spanish) *Associate's in human services, criminal justice. *Minimum 1- 3 years of experience working with high risk youth in residential treatment setting *Supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting. *Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call, as needed *Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (travel required) |
