| Job Description: | Community Residence Aides provide supervision and support services to individuals with a mental health diagnosis during day, evening & weekend shifts in residential setting. Ideal candidates will have experience working with adults with serious mental illness. Assist consumers in group home with ADL’s and skill building, recreation & leisure activities, monitor medication compliance and document to standards. Transport clients to programs, activities and appointments, as needed. Assist in linking clients with needed community resources, promptly report any problems with service linkages to the Site Manager. Ensure sites are kept cleaned and maintained. Various shifts available. Valid NYS Driver’s License required. Base Pay plus shift differential for certain shifts. |
