| Job Description: | A senior mental health clinician will serve as a mentor to existing and new clinicians, advising and training to support the ongoing professional development outside of normal supervision. The mentor will identify and correct gaps in relevant skills and knowledge. Additionally, they will support the training of new hire clinicians. |
| Required Qualifications: | New York State Licensed, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LCAT, LMFT. Experience and demonstrated ability to engage children, adolescents and their families, in a therapeutic process leading to reduction of negative symptoms and increase in resiliency related to mental health needs according to the NYS Office of Mental Health 599 regulations; Has 2 or more years in a clinical setting providing outpatient clinical services, with children and families preferred. |
