Outstanding Career Achievement Award

Based on the quality of the research, up to one award will be conferred annually each spring. Nominations are accepted using the online form only. Guidelines are as follows:

Full-time SSW faculty member with a minimum of 5-years of continuous service at UB. Self-nominations are not accepted.

• Excellence in research, scholarship and/or creative achievement that makes a significant contribution to advancing the field in the chosen area of scholarship and has demonstrated national and international impact. 
• Commitment to professional growth as demonstrated by career path and professional achievements.
• Development of the next generation of social work scholars through mentorship and serving as a role model.
