Payment and Registration

In-person and online workshop purchases can all be made at one time through one convenient platform. 

How Do I Set Up My Online Account?

  1. Once you’ve reviewed our Course Catalog and found a training you’re interested in purchasing click on the “Add to Cart” button in the lower right-hand corner.
  2. If you’re purchasing a Live In-Person (Workshop) you will get a pop-up of our cancellation policy which we ask that you review and click “Ok”. You will then be prompted to make your lunch selection (if lunch is included) and provide us any additional dietary needs you may have. Once you’ve listed your preferences click the “Submit” button in the lower right-hand corner. Your purchase will then be moved to your cart.
    If you’re purchasing a Self-Study (Online Course) you will be asked if you would like to purchase the standard (single access) and/or additional participant CE (additional participants will only have access to the course video through the main registrant, but will have individual access to course handouts and certificates). Once you’ve selected your preferred options click the “Add to Cart” button in the lower right-hand corner.
  3. Once you’re ready to check out click on the “Cart Icon” in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Review your shopping cart and make sure the correct training(s) and quantities have been selected. When your cart is correct click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the lower right-hand corner.  
  5. You will then be taken to the Sign In page. Click on the “Sign Up” button.
  6. You will then be prompted to complete the New User Registration. Everything with a red asterisk must be completed. Once you’ve filled in the required information click the “Register” button in the bottom right-hand corner.
  7. You will then be taken to Step 2 – Personal Info where you will be asked to confirm the information you inputted on the previous page. Once you have reviewed the information and made any necessary corrections select the “Click here to Continue” button on the bottom right hand side of the page.
  8. You will then be taken to Step 3 – Confirm Cart and Payment where you will be prompted to confirm your purchase(s) and provide information regarding your preferred payment method (gift card, credit card, personal check, company check and purchase order (PO)).

How Can I Pay for Trainings?

Customers have five payment options:

  1. Gift Card
  2. Credit Card 
  3. Company Check, you will be prompted to provide your company name, email, and phone number  
  4. Personal Check, you will be prompted to provide your name, email, and phone number  
  5. Purchase Order (PO), you will be prompted to provide the Purchase Order ID number, your company name, email, and phone number 
Payment by check or purchase order

If paying by check or purchase order you will not be registered in the course and will not have access to any course materials until a physical check is received.

Am I Able to Register for Someone Else?

Yes! In order to register for someone else you must first set-up an account for yourself.

If you do have an account follow the steps below:

  4. Review your shopping cart and make sure the correct training(s) and quantities have been selected. When your cart is correct click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the lower right-hand corner.  
  5. You will then be taken to the Sign In page. Type in your email and password then click the "Sign In" button.
  6. You will then be taken to Step 2 – Personal Info where you will be asked to confirm the information you inputted on the previous page. Once you have reviewed the information and made any necessary corrections select the “Click here to Continue” button on the bottom right hand side of the page.
  7. You will then be taken to Step 3 - Registrant Confirmation. You will then have two options:

If you are not attending the training check "I am registering for someone else". You will be asked to provide the registrant's first name, last name and email address.
If you are attending the training with others you may adjust the quantity in your cart or you may select "Add Another Registrant". You will be asked to provide the additional registrant(s) first name, last name and email address. 

If the person you are registering on behalf of does not already have an account set-up they will receive an email inviting them to set-up an account otherwise they will not be able to access training information. If the person does already have an account they will receive an email stating a training has been added to their account.
