| Job Description: | The director of community impact is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with faith, community, and educational partners that assist with recruiting a pipeline of volunteers to support the organizational mission. |
| Required Qualifications: | Must possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, non-profit, or business administration. Education may be substituted for equivalent professional experience. It requires proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or a similar creative design suite, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word. Having prior experience working with not-for-profit entities in the human service industry and using a volunteer management system such as Bloomerang or Assisted Rides is helpful. Possess a valid NYS driver's license, insurance, and a dependable car to conduct business in the community. Mileage reimbursement is available. Must be willing to drive across Erie and Niagara counties. |
