| Job Description: | ConnextCare is looking to add an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to its growing Outpatient Behavioral Health team. The LCSW will work with the behavioral health providers, medical staff, nursing staff, and management team to assure clinical quality of the highest standard. This position counsels patients with emotional, developmental and/or personality problems, referring severe cases to appropriate community or medical agencies. Candidate must have the ability to carry a full patient load, including all necessary documentation, and complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision. Supervision provided. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) strongly preferred.
