| Job Description: | Absolut Care of Aurora Park is seeking a Social Worker to join their knowledgeable and caring team! Our 320 bed Long Term Care Facility is seeking qualified candidates to interview. Responsibilities: - Work closely with patients to plan social services programs, counsel residents, and adjust assignments to meet resident and family needs - Will be an active member of the interdisciplinary and Quality Assurance team - Determine the short and long term goals of residents as related to their social, emotional, and financial needs - Social Workers are responsible for a case load of about 80 residents |
| Required Qualifications: | - Bachelors of Social Work or related field |
| Preferred Qualifications: | - Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred, but not required - One to Two years of experience in Long Term Care or related field preferred, but not required |
