| Job Description: | The Community Outreach Specialist (Bilingual) plans and conducts outreach and education activities throughout the eight-county region of Western New York with the purpose of improving access to and utilization of services by individuals, organizations, groups, and communities that are historically underserved and/or disproportionately impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. Priority populations include but are not limited to: Hispanic/Latino, African American, Native American, LGBTQ, and faith-based communities. |
