| Job Description: | The Care Specialist will provide clinical and comprehensive care coordination services to refugee and asylum-seeking communities. Services include assistance accessing mental health services, medical services, legal services, and social services. The Care Specialist will help families and individuals address barriers to care and will help connect them with appropriate psychosocial supports in the community. |
| Required Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field Consistent access to a vehicle and car insurance Proof of COVID vaccination |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Experience providing case management services or similar types of support required. Preferred experience working with refugee and immigrant communities. Additional languages desired (French, Lingala, Spanish, Haitian Creole) |
| Rate of Pay: | $19.00/hour |
