Dean Smyth shares fall welcome

With the start of the new academic year, Dean Nancy J. Smyth took to video to convey a message of welcome and reassurance to all students in the UB School of Social Work. 

"We've learned that we need to be nimble, flexible and creative. We need to be responding to what comes our way, in the best that we can. And to talk and reflect with each other to do that. I promise you that is something we will continue to do."

Smyth also emphasized that students should reach out to our Student Services team as needed. They can be reached in-person on Mondays (between the hours of 11:00 and 5:00), in Baldy Hall, and always be email at sw-studentservices@buffalo.edu.
