Tenure-Track Faculty, open rank

The School of Social Work is seeking to fill multiple tenure-track faculty positions (open rank). The successful candidates for these positions will have a doctorate in social work or a related discipline, an MSW with practice experience preferred.

Duties include:

  • Research and scholarship;
  • Teaching in the school’s degree programs;
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration with university colleagues; and
  • Other typical faculty responsibilities.

Applicants are expected to have a scholarly record appropriate for their substantive area, and for the rank at which they are applying. Applicants with research expertise in gerontology, developmental disabilities, health/mental health, substance use, emerging technologies, and implementation science are particularly encouraged to apply.

Non-Tenure-Track Faculty, open rank

The School of Social Work is searching for a candidate to join our school in a non-tenure-track faculty position (open rank). The successful candidate will have an MSW and be eligible for clinical licensure in social work.

Applicants with expertise in any of the following areas: administration, gerontology, developmental disabilities, health/mental health, substance use, emerging technologies, and implementation science are particularly encouraged to apply.
Experience teaching online is strongly preferred, but not required.

Duties include:

  • Teaching in the school’s degree programs,
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration with university colleagues, including the School of Management, as well as other typical faculty responsibilities.
