Robyn Wiktorski-Reynolds, LMSW, has focused her social work career on crisis intervention, primarily in the domestic/sexual violence and mental health spaces.
After earning her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, Wiktorski-Reynolds coordinated advocacy services at a 24-hour emergency shelter in Austin for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. From there, she returned to Buffalo, where she spent 21 years at Crisis Services, first as a supervising counselor and director for the Advocate Program and most recently as vice president of clinical operations. In that role, she oversaw the development, management, coordination and evaluation of all clinical services to ensure 24/7 excellence at the lifesaving crisis center.
Wiktorski-Reynolds has been honored as Social Worker of the Year by the New York State chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
