After completing the Acknowledgement, it is your responsibility to upload your most up-to-date resume to Sonia. If you do not take the necessary steps below, the agency you will be sent to for interview may not be able to see your resume. It is important that you follow the steps below precisely.
- Log into Sonia
- Click on University Sign in to use UB login credentials
- You will arrive at the “Home” tab of Sonia
- Click on the “Documents” tab
- Click the black plus sign (+)
- Click on the Browse button to find your resume on your computer
- Click the box “show to agency”
- Type the description – Resume Advanced Year or Resume Foundation Year
- Select a category from the pull-down menu: Resume Advanced Yr or Resume Foundation Yr
- Click Add
- Now, you will see that you have successfully added your document in the “Documents” tab
