| Job Description: | The EAP Counselor provides clinical services and delivers program support functions directly to eligible employee assistance program (EAP) clients and program participants. This position also provides support for supervisors at EAP client companies through consultation, coaching, assessment and referral regarding difficult employee situations. |
| Required Qualifications: | Licensure with at least two years of post-masters clinical experience or 1 year in EAP counseling environment Training and experience providing individual, couples and family counseling Training and/or experience in drug and alcohol assessment Knowledge of community resources for suicide, stress management, aging, mental and emotional health Good diagnostic skills and skills in crisis intervention |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Counseling experience in EAP environment |
| Rate of Pay: | $20-$25 per hour |
