Objective: Evaluate practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities

[TI-HR] = Trauma-Informed and Human Rights perspective

  1. Assist client systems in evaluating their own progress toward attaining goals.
  2. Complete written discharge referrals on two clients per month, identifying progress towards goals and areas of unmet needs.
  3. Analyzes progress in a given assigned work task and offers insights on behavior to client systems where appropriate.
  4. Will submit cases to supervisor for review every 5th visit and discuss client progress and any dilemmas presently experienced in practice (i.e.. Limit setting, vicarious trauma, etc.).
  5. Discuss with field educator information from SW 510 and 514. Identify specific evaluation method(s) to be used to determine the effectiveness of intervention(s) with clients/target systems (i.e. Pre/Post tests, client survey, etc.).
  6. Will contact clients on a monthly basis to monitor/discuss any unmet needs--case review will be done on a monthly basis.
  7. [TI-HR] Student will collect, organize interpret client data while drawing on evidence based practice knowledge as well as theories of human behavior, trauma informed care and human rights.
