This exciting initiative is aimed at increasing the capacity of social work and other professions to provide team-based and integrated addictions and behavioral health services to underserved populations in Western New York primary care settings.
The UB School of Social Work is partnering with the UB School of Nursing and UB Rehabilitation Counseling program to provide students with opportunities to deliver integrated behavioral care in their field placements.
The project is supported by funds from the Health Resources and Services Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, under grant number M01HP31333 of the Mental and Behavioral Health Education and Training Program.
